Authentic Mexican Street Food Cooking Class

If you love Mexican food this class is for you, join me in this experience. I will take you on a delicious culinary journey through Mexico. I want to share with you the myths and realities of my country. During this small and social class, you will learn all about the basics of Mexican cuisine, including the typical ingredients that you can use in your home. We start the class with a delicious margarita with my special recipe. 

The class is fully hands on and we will enter a true Mexican environment, where we all participate actively and at the end, we will enjoy a delicious dinner.  

Class content

• · Tacos de Alambre (Beef Tacos)
• · Salsa Rojo + Salsa Verde + Pico de Gallo (depending of the season)

On the day: 

Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of the class. 

We cannot accommodate or refund those who arrive after the scheduled start time, even if you call ahead. The instructor will be expected to start on time and will not be able to repeat the health and safety or demonstrations at the beginning of the class.  

Important info: 

This class is not for you if you have dietary restrictions or you are vegetarian.

We don't have cancellations but you can reschedule a booking but you must do this at least seven days before your class. We are sorry that we cannot refund or rebook any cancellations made online or in person after this time. In the event that you are unwell, we ask that you send someone in your place.

The participants who are not unwell will still be expected to attend. Alternatively, if you provide notice prior to the class, you are welcome to collect the ingredients and online recipe to take home with you after the class.

Please note that this may not be possible as we use fresh meats and seafood in most classes.

Please note: If you are bringing a support worker to the class with you, they will also need a paid ticket for the class.
